About Me

I was first licensed as an insurance agent with State Farm in 2007. I am a native of Rabun County Georgia where I grew up in the mountains as 1 of 9 children. After high school, I moved to Greenville, SC where I attended college and earned a B.A. Degree in Biblical Counseling- majoring in Psychology and minoring in Bible.

I am involved in the local community as a deacon of FBC, board member of the Social Circle Downtown Development Authority, member of the Rotary Club of Social Circle, and 2016 Alumnus of Leadership Walton. I sponsor and/or volunteer for other local organizations throughout the year such as Social Circle City Schools, Social Circle Christian School, and Social Circle Main Street Programs. My passion is to help make the complexities of insurance simple while helping to protect what matters most to each customer.

I have been married to my beautiful wife, Jessica, since 2005. Jessica has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's Degree in Leadership and Administration. She taught for 10.5 years in Greenville County Schools (SC) prior to State Farm relocating us to East Atlanta. Jessica is the principal of Social Circle Christian School and owns a special order, made-from-scratch, (now part-time) gourmet cupcake business called "Candy Cakes" which she operates around her school schedule. We have 3 beautiful daughters- Harper is 9, Ryleigh is 7, and Allie Grace is 5.

Our family enjoys going for walks downtown, playing with calico critters, watching Disney princess movies and the Andy Griffith Show, helping Jessica bake cupcakes, going to church, hanging out with friends and watching the Georgia Bulldogs. We currently live in Social Circle, Georgia.

Tesia is from Antioch, TN but has lived in GA most of her life. She currently has her Life/ Health and Property/ Casualty licenses. She also is able to help customers with State Farm financial services products. Tesia starting working in insurance industry in 2014 and genuinely loves the profession and relationships she has been able to build through it. Tesia enjoys going to the lake, spending time with her husband and sons, shopping, and doing what she can to make other peoples' lives better.

Jena is from Vidalia, GA and started with State Farm in July of 2021 after nearly a decade in the wireless industry. She is currently licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health. She now calls Oconee county home and lives there with her Husband, Philip and two children, Eli and Ellie. In her spare time, she enjoys taking walks with her family, listening to podcasts, and playing cards and board games.
